get another SKS...if you can't hit a barn, there's something wrong with the rifle, or there's something wrong with your shooting...I can shoot 4-5 inch or less groups at 100 with irons...with both my SKS. 12" plate at 200 yards is no trouble...also what ammo are you using?

I'm an average shooter, with above average vision...

I bought 4 Russian SKS when they were dirt cheap, one is an exceptional shooter....the rest were probably average for an SKS, dumped them.

No need to wonder. The target size is shown at the beginning of the video. 48 inch steel buffalo target.

So he's holding about 10" groups with that rifle...which is basically worse then your average SKS can do.

No way of knowing this without seeing where actual impact is. Just because the target is 48" doesn't mean his group is 48".
