Many years ago (before the pop rivet law) I bought some sten mags for a project that never happened. At the time, some were left boxed but others
were unpackaged and the cleaned . Well almost 30 years later I've been reunited with these. I'm not into militera but don't want to destroy historical packaging
that may be of value to a collector .I've also been searching to figure what a fair price would be fore these but can't come up with anything. Any help would be appreciated from a half century old newb.

Open or not, you're running the risk of being caught with several prohibited magazines. "I'm a history buff" probably won't be a very stable defence in court. Unless of course you are one of the few lucky enough to be permitted to possess them. In that case I say "you suck you lucky dog" hahaha.

I don't get it! Are you saying you have never opened the packages so they are not pinned to 5 rounds? Historical or not they need to be pinned to 5. A shame yes if they are unopened but after posting on a public forum you don't have much choice. Too bad cause it's a nice find. Remember the shame of the wrapped enfields that had to have a portion of the wrapping cut open to see the sernum for registration. Canadian Law really sucks sometimes.

Some were never opened. Those ones are not in my posession or on my property. The boxes in the picture are from the ones I open, cleaned and pinned.(I kept the boxes). From all the responses, I guess this means the boxed ones get opened and pinned before they come home.
As for pricing , any ideas? I don't think they can be exported from the States , so the Gunbroker prices really don't apply to Canada, do they ? Once again thanks from a newb.
