We are starting transfers as fast as we can while the CFC is still taking them. We are even doing transfer by phone but some agents are telling us that transfers cannot be started, other agents are still accepting phone transfers.

Yesterday might have been the last day. Now buyers will need to be "exempt".

"Any transfers started AFTER will be reviewed to see if the individual (buyer) is exempt. The individual will be contacted upon review by the CFO for proof that they meet the requirements for exemption."
