Tokarev Tt-33 sights

Had my new polish Tt-33 at the range this past weekend. While it functioned flawless it is hitting at least 6 inches left and 6 inches high. Once I compensated it short really well(for me anyway). Any suggestions on sight adjustments or upgrades?

check the enlignment of your rear sight, is it equal on each side ? there is a chance that it is slightly more on the left from the middle....... 3 out of my 4 Tok are like this....
 
Can this be adjusted with a centre punch? if I aim 6 right and low it goes where I want them. I know they are not target sights but think I can get a bit more from this pistol
