In your next 10 lb batch of sausage, reduce the water added by 1/2 cup and add 1 cup crushed stewed tomatoes juice and all. It makes for really juicy tangy eats. I also hear that it is a good way to kill the "gamey" taste if the meat wasn't looked after well. Enjoy!
