Dealing with the Government and verifying and all that other crap to get it changed over to Restricted it's finally been approved and it's in my hands!

Now Im just decided on either leaving it as is or "restoring". Ain't worth much once the freeze happens

Currently, yes you can. Had one done myself fairly recently.
