With the weather warming up, shotgun season is upon us and with Fundamentals Of Shotgun Shooting increasing in popularity, lots of new shotgun shooters are looking for their first clay buster. While this list is only over/under shotguns, there isn't anything wrong with using a semi, pump, or side by side shotgun just the over/under shotguns have a clear advantage over all shotgun types for the purpose of clay target shooting. From trap to skeet or five stand to sporting clays, over under shotguns dominate the field over any other shotgun type. With that said, here are the top 5 over under clay buster shotguns.
1: Beretta 694
The Beretta 694 is top dog on this list. A world cup ISSF Olympic grade shotgun at half the cost of other Olympic shotguns. If you're dream is to represent team Canada in the ISSF World Cup or Olympics, then this is the gun you should be looking at.
