So its USED firearm. Someone put a scope on it, took it to the range, had some fun with it, didn't properly break-in barrel...... so many gray areas...

I think both rifle and scope are new..
Barrel.break in , I'm thinking that done also

so a bad break-in can screw a barrel for the life of it being on the receiver?

Could we see paper targets next time? What is there 5 shots or 7 shot , tuff to see .. bullet splash? Camera angle.. lighting.. all solved .... with a PAPER. Target..
