I just dropped in to the Canadian Tire store on Macleod Trail and Southland Drive Calgary. I saw these Top Gun Target Loads on sale for $5.99/box of 25. They are pink and are part of a promotion by Federal and Canadian Tire to support Breast Cancer Research. I think they are a good deal.

Since I posted this I telephoned the Calgary Store where I bought my pink top guns. The only one I was able to talk to was the kid who says he is the assistant in the gun dept. He says that the only other store he knows for sure that has this promotion is the Canadian Tire Store in Red Deer Albertra.

I checked in spruce grove, nothing. They have some folding metal saw horses on sale though, 10 bucks. Pretty good deal.

Good idea! Here is a bit more information:

I just learned that the pink promo shells is a Federal promotion and not limited to Canadian Tire. UFA in Red Deer has them or had them and Flys etc.in High River has them. So far Calgary Canadian Tire has the best price that I have found.
 
I bought a case at UFA in Red Deer about a month ago, a buck less than regular shells, but for 7.99 a box. :( Haven't seen them any where else in Calgary or Red Deer.
 
They're all over here in ontario but they're 7.49-7.99 a box. Its not just CT selling them. They're nice to hand to the guys in skeet who miss station 7 low house (the girlie bird).
 
My local commie tire won't sell ammo, I might have to go look for this stuff though. I think it's a great idea, makes firearms owners look a little better in the eyes of everyone else. It's like ride for a cure and such that motorcycle owners put on.
