Top Notch Pistolsmith Needed for Colt Trooper Mk. III

I live very happily in Winnipeg, Manitoba and I have a Colt Trooper Mk. III in .357.

I am looking for a top-shelf pistolsmith here in Canada to do some restorative work on the barrel.
