I am in need of a gunsmith in Toronto who can verify the condition of a Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.1.

I recently sold it to someone and there are concerns about wether or not is it safe to fire.

If you sold it 'as is', it's up to the buyer to do that. Dot think there are any smithies left in TO, but look in the Yellow Pages, make some calls and tell 'em you want the headspace checked. Al Flaherty's should know a smithy who has the gauges too.
No such place as Tactical Ordinance. There is a Tactical Ordnance though. An ordinance is what Americans call a by-law.
