Can anyone tell me where I can buy an adjustable torque socket driver(approx.5 to 40 inch/pounds). I'd like to get one for $50.00 or less.

Princess Auto should have affordable Torque wrenches that read in in-lb. I bought a Jet Torque Limiting Screwdriver that adjusts from 10-60 in-lb from the local tool supplier (Acklands might also have them - I got mine from Northern Industrial Sales).
