i m waiting for 3 of those new fixed 3x and seems we re seeing the light soon .. just be patient.

the problem Korth met is troughout the custom shop there is no item number so they cant order and of course get an export-import license.

pretty sure with patience you ll get it.

Anything new on this scope? I'd love to be able to get one in Canada. Anyone manage to do it yet?

A note about buying from a US reatiler. Even if you get all the proper export paperwork from teh US, Korth will not honor the warranty. You will have to send the scope back to the States should a need for warranty work arise. Leupold has stated that they will verify serial numbers against the manufacture date and advise people if they are looking at a scope that was imported through Korth or someone else. If it comes in through Korth then Korth will fix it. If you bring it in through another means, you have to send it back to the US and jump through all the import/export hoops again (yes, you have to do paperwork every time it crosses the border).
