Hi, i wonder is there some kind of touch-up paint for gun metal?

i mean sometime you have a scratch on your black scope or on the metal part of your gun, all you want to do is to just apply a black touch-up paint on it. yes, it's a rough job, but rather going through the rebluing process. same idea as car i guess, you don't want to paint the whole body, just want to touch up the nicks and dents on your front bumper.

i have used them all and they work real nice

Princess Auto sells garage-use paint pens (yellow, white, red, black). Work for me. Ink is just dye in a solvent. Paint has some physical media that will stay on the surface.

That's what cold bluing is for. Most, but certainly not all, scope bodies are Al. BBQ paint is for Al. Automotive touch up pens will do the steel. Products that are specifically sold as firearm products tend to cost more for essentially the same thing.
