My brother took apart the TOZ 78 bolt by accident when cleaning. I haven't stripped it since I first bought it, so I cleaned the bolt but I forget how to put it back together :p

We got it up to the last part, but how do you get that black part to stay on?

You've got to aline the pin on the black cap so it's ontop of the bolt and sliding towards the small rectangular piece that is on the firing pin.
Push it against the spring then twist it in the direction of the bolt handle so the pin on the black cap locks in the small slot.
Hope this makes sense to you, it took me a while to figure out the first time I had it apart.

Pin of the toz-78 bolt cap is loose

Any body know how to lock the pin in place. Looks like it was locked by a set screw, the set screw was missing now. Does anybody know what the size of the set screw is and where can I buy it?

Thanks in advance.

I thought it was a set screw to but now I'm not so sure??
I just put some blue loctite on my pin and that stopped it from working it's way out of the hole.
I tried talking to Valeri at Armurus back when I got the rifle but that dude had serious communication problems and would get frustrated easily!
He could not tell me if there was a set screw or not and wanted me to send the rifle in for repairs.
The Loctite worked fine and saved me the hassle of shipping the gun back and forth.
