No, it looks good. For what they cost it doesn't hurt to try anything on them. If you knock out the drift pins holding the rear sight in you can use lower rings, I find it a little high and harder to shoot with high rings. How does it shoot for you?

Looks very good. Half of GCN modded theirs too. There were pics up but the search engine on CGN does not want to cooperate with me. :mad:
 
It's shoots pin point accurate. Me and my room mate were picking the staples off of our targets with it, also shooting the stems off leaves. Zombie squirrels won't stand a chance.

I love this gun...I just need some more 10 round mags for it.

I figured the tasco varmint scope would be overkill, but I thought it would be fun to have a scope half the size of the rifle.
