TOZ16-01 Muzzle condition?

Well, that certainly is not factory. I sold quite a few of them when I was working in sporting goods.

Thanks for your reply Ted........was looking at the saw lines and file cuts around perimeter and have a hard time comprehending how that could be a factory finish? Maybe something you would see if you had to MacGyver a muzzle with limited tools!
 
The factory chamfer is still there.

It looks like they used a grinder or belt sander to clean up the face, still some pits present.

If it shoots well, don't worry about it

If you don't like it, it's pretty simple to clean up if you're careful
 
I don't see any indication of rifling OR a crown, just the 'sorta' clean edge of the muzzle with no recess at all. Has the rifling been 'filled in' when it was 'polished' ? Are Toz muzzles made like that? Looking at any of my rifles I can see the rifling up to the edge of the crown. I guess the outer edge of the barrel of this Toz does have some sort of chamfer.
