Tp9 Help

Mr. Wolverine has given it his best shot. His talent is needed to work on a new project. The police have politely suggested he take a break, at least that is how I am reading it.

Now that is not to say an independent Canadian Gun Nutter can't go at it for a while. Unfortunately, the police are provided with as many free lawyers as they need, as many times as they need, to wear down the CGN, $100 fund. It sucks, but I for one am getting used to it.

Hmmm. Well, I feel like adding a criticism here. I can't help it. What is the philosophy of use for the TP9 pistol? I don't understand it's appeal. It seems to me like a lot of wasted money in the $1800 price point. Just look around at what you can get for $1800.

I'm sorry to ask, but...is your name really Ben Dover?

Steyr TMP looks, Swiss made, PDW origins, I think that is why people love these.
Some like their guns wood and blued, some like them plastic and contemporary.
I would get one if I had the extra cash. They are quite special gems in my opinion, similar to the Sig and HK market.

Actually, it is a Steyr design; the design was sold by Steyr to B&T.
I too really like the looks and all that... but... $1800 is a lot and it is just a 9mm in the end.

I would only jump for the 10rnds, otherwise I'd go CX4 Storm :S

That's actually not a bad idea, I like it! As for the $100, I'm in toward the fight. That ruling is absolutely begging for an appeal.

The fact that they are Swiss Made is the real appeal to most. Like a Swiss watch they are accurate with or without the proper optics (Aimpoint T1) :)

They have their limited appeal ... But I agree that the 5 round capacity is a bummer (Thats why Im sitting on a half dozen 30/5 mags!!!) when my buddy's started shooting the RRA and Bushmasters with the legal 10 rounders at matches I just sighed :( .. But the AR15 pistol carbines were prone to failure unlike the TP9. Overall TP9 better construction and polymer mags are WAY better than RRA thermolds ...
