Tracer ammo?

Just wondering where you can find common .308, or .223 tracer ammo in Canada. I saw it used on a 50 BMG at the range and it was awesome, but can it be found for common ammo.
 
It does not ignite upon impact, so perfectly legal.
Just one precausion: sometimes when bullets ricochete, the tracer cup separates from the core and flies in unpredictable direction. That has created lots of urban legends regarding ways the bullets ricochete (none of those legends has anything in common with reality).
