Trade Ex Website Won't Open

I haven't been able to access the Trade Ex website for some time now.

When I click on the link here, or from a google search, all I get is a blank white page with the little blue circle that never stops spinning.

It never times out or gives me any message, just sits and spins on a blank page forever.

Is it just me having this problem?
Is there something I need to change in my settings or something?
