How do I leave a trade rating for a member?

Left click on the persons name, Then click on public profile..a new page appears and under statistics heading you will see a trader rating section and a click here link.

Or if you click on the trader rating # under there avatar it will take you there as well.

Are you serious? Didn't you already leave feedback for a member in 2010. Actually, you have already left a few trader rating feedbacks.
