Trade Tech Sight for Standard . . . What Will Fit?

I bought a Chinese arsenal 625 SKS with a TS200 Tech Sight, but would rather have the standard leaf sight. Will need to exchange for a leaf sight and takedown latch. What will fit - does it matter what country or year of origin?

If there's anyone interested in this trade (plus cash), please let me know . . . we could do the switch at my place in the SE (Copperfield) if you're in Calgary.

I have the TS200 on my Russian, and found it a lot nicer to use than the original sight. But that's just me. I have had my rifle along side the Chinese models and the sights look to be so close so as to be the same. But then I have never tried to change one over so there could be some subtle differences I'm not aware of.

Try advertising in the EE. Maybe some one could help you there.

Thanks for the input, I think that like you, most people prefer apertures.

Like you suggest, I'm going to see what I can work out on the EE.
