How do I post a trading rating for someone I just did businnes with ?

Just click on their trader rating number. This will take to you their trader rating page and click of "submit feedback".

Or click on the little yellow note under "options" on your own trader rating if they have already left you feedback.

Although not technically a number, you click on the zero then.
