Trader rating question

Hi, I try to post this question on the EE FAQ section but looks like I'm not allowed to post in this section. My question is, my trader rating right now show "20" . If I click my trader rating it show I have 21 positive feedback. I notice almost every members here have some diference on theses numbers. Just curious why ?

If you buy or sell to the same member twice or more they can only leave you one trader rating. They may leave more than one comment though.
