Training for Beginners

Hi,

Does anyone know of training courses for civilians who want to get into precision shooting/competition at a beginner level? ie... have rifle... want to get the most out of it...

Preferably in Eastern Ontario!

I'd get in touch with the ORA - attend an introductory day, Kingston is close, and then get out to some practice sessions....and don't be afraid to attend any day.....everyone is very helpful, and they will pair you with an experienced shooter.....

That's what I've been doing, and so far, it's been great.

Where about in Eastern Ontario are you Ebruder? I'm in Cornwall and I'm fairly new as well. I have access to a private range (250 yards now but up to 350m with a bit of work). I'm looking for a shooting partner if you're interested. Let me know.

From what I see of the ORA web site... they only have intro days very infrequently... are there other days I can go?
