Training: Precision Rifle I - July 14 at HAHA

Our next upcoming course is Precision Rifle I, which will be held at the Hamilton Angling and Hunting Association on July 14, 2013.

This is a course designed for shooters interested in building and developing a solid rifle platform. Instruction is from the prone position and will focus on 3 primary foundational skills.

Platform – Getting behind the rifle.
Recoil Management – Taming the beast.
Trigger Management – Closing the deal.

These fundamentals will be developed through various exercises and students will be challenged in a rich learning environment. Students will learn the concept of “calling” shots and evaluating their results to develop solid training skills and habits.

Students will typically be hitting 1 MOA targets by the end of the day, and will have adapted our “Every Shot Counts” attitude.

This course is designed for range shooters, hunters, and competitors and is open for everyone.

The recommended firearm is a scoped bolt action rifle in a short action calibre along with 100-120 rounds of ammunition. (Please contact TDSA for other firearm requests).
