Transfer Firearm: Gun Club Membership?

I got my RPAL and ATT. My firearms are for target shooting.

My gun club membership is about to expire. As someone who rarely shoots, I don't plan on signing up for another year. When I do go, do I need a valid gun club membership for transferring fire arms to the club along with my ATT and RPAL?

Most clubs are members only. You won't be able to go to that club on your own. Plus B.C.'s CPFO might cancel your ATT. Don't know if BC is doing that though.
You'll likely need the membership when it comes time to renew your RPAL too. Otherwise, you won't have a valid reason to have restricted firearms unless you go 'collector' status. That means no shooting at all.

What's the going deal with BC residents and joining Silvercore to keep your ATT?
