Wondering if transfer from one individual to other be possible if C-21 goes through...

Not as seen written right now..no transfer at all except Olympic shooters for the purpose of this type of competition.

I heard transfers that have already been initiated will still be processed after the freeze. But after you won't be able to put in a transfer.
