Transfer Notification Email works?

Hi...another newbie question. I have eventually received the transfer notication email of the handgun I purchased 6 months ago. The attached pdf document says that "you may take possession of your firearm now". But I haven't received any paper certificate yet. So can I just show this email to the store where I bought the handgun and take it home? Tried to call the store but nobody answers the phone.
Any advice will be appreciated.
 
The TAN email is your temporary registration certificate to take it from the place of purchase to home address.

So yes show them the email to pick it up.
 
I printed my email and brought it to the store. But the CFO should also have emailed a copy to the store as well. When I picked mine up the store printed their own copies and attached to the receipt and their file.
