If you look on the Vancouver Gun Club webpage I sometimes see when they post dates for shooting clinics by Susan Natrass. It won't get much better than that!!!

Her dad used to blow pipe smoke in may face and drop shells into an 1100 until I couldn't lift my arms any more I was around 10 years old.

If you ran out of shells he would just poor another box in your vest there was no fast track just lots of shooting.
