No, these are SR-25 "patterned" mags, not M14 .

yes they certainly do
On one of my stag-10 lowers the factory mag catch and the xcr-m and LR/SR pmags fit and function perfect. Solid lock up, drop free .... On my other stag-10 lower, the mags could pull free so I swapped in an ambi mag release and problem solved.
I haven't live fire function tested yet but noticed that others here have and is why i made sure to get some of these mags
