Tree stand question

I am looking into getting a tree stand. I like the ladder type with the seat at the top. What is a good brand for say a gentleman of a slim 200ish lbs and what is the cost ? I've seen them on ebay but they are in the states and shipping would be nasty.

Has anyone built their own ? I can buy the steel and my father in law welds so I was wondering if that may be cheaper.

Got my ladder stand at Walmart and it was a great price (149.00) and it works just fine.

I have a mini gorilla from Crappy tire for $100 on sale after the season last year.

I'm about 200 with all my gear and while the seat could be a little bigger, it is plenty sturdy.
