Very rare to see one fo these come into Canada. But, one can still dream of it.:)
 
DO you mean that particular version, or TRG 42's in general? There's a number of guys here on the forums with 42's and there are numerous dealers selling them so they aren't THAT rare.
 
That particular stock is very very expensive. 2/3 the price of the rifle is in the stock. I think the lack of affordabilty on TRG parts is the reason for very long lead times of ordering in stock from the factory, and hence it is rare in Canada.
 
That version was exhibited at Shot Show last year, it was made for a US military trial - unsure what happened after that, spoke to the LE/MIL rep from Stoeger and he said that version was not available currently for the North American commerical market.

I spoke with a dealer in the US on the folder and his price was $1950 shipped, but only to a US address. I was tempted to get one and have him send it through my brother who resides in the US. My problem is how to get it here. Stock Color is Green. As for the Long Rail designed for the PSR solicitation, that is another thing. And yes, SAKO parts are expensive.
