Got more rails to hang more stuff now! The Tapco stubby works very well, It keeps my thumb away from the muzzle now.

I ordered one from mp5k a few days ago. It got here this morning and I spent the afternoon modifying the forend to fit. I think it looks great (works great too)!

Here is a pic!

With a folding fore grip, you'd still be able to put it into a pack. Can you recommend a lightest stock available?

Polymer, the lightest stock would be a folder permanently locked open to keep your 26". I like the knoxx folders.FAB makes a great front folder foregrip...

Thanks Mp5k, I was looking at a Butler Creek folder for this purpose and they do have an 870 model. Might be an ok option unless someone can suggest a better alternative. I have the knox folder stock already and I find it heavier than it needs to be so I am unsure what to do with it. It is easy to disable the folding mechanism though.

The B/C folder is prob about the lightest, I agree. The only other i know is the ATI top folder made of plastic, but i havent used one yet.
