Tried contacting CTCS

Hey, I'm not too concerned about it, but I'd like to know what's going on. I've been trying to contact CTCS about an order I placed and haven't had any communication whatsoever.

Placed an order online September 5th for some AR parts. Paid EMT
EMT was accepted on the Tuesday.
Emailed that day to make sure everything went through ok. Didn't hear back.
Emailed again on September 11th to make sure everything was good and to see if my order had shipped. Didn't hear back
Emailed again today.

Order number was 10745
 
One of the guys Justin or Phil, cant recall which one , was on holidays.

Ive had two orders in this month, one set to arrive this week.

I would wager there is a backlog. My recent order from last week only shipped Monday.

I think they only do two shipping days in the week.
 
Perfect, thanks guys. I figured it was something like that. Just wasn't sure if my emails were getting lost or hitting the spam folder for some reason.
 
I ordered a Noveske upper about 4 weeks ago from their website and have not heard anything at all back. Was about to give up and order elsewhere when I saw this thread. Do you have my order guys? The name will be Owen Ronayne.
 
I'm sure Phil will see this as he responded to the other guy in the thread but today he is going to be busy getting out the vote
 
Always good service from the guys at CTCS. They have gone above and beyond for me on a couple of occasions.
They may take a day or three to get back to you, but from my experience that seems to be b/c they are trying to focus on getting the orders out to the customers.

Can't believe you're back on this early!!!!!!

Tim (and You!) can hold his head high! He showed pretty well and the riding was very close for all three candidates. Hopefully he sticks with it and we see him again in future!
 
Day 1 of the new firearms campaign begins today.

Tim's done good for himself and he'll land on his feet - lots of opportunities for him.

Will see all you guys soon on the range!

PS: I wasn't Tim's campaign manager - just an able volunteer :)
