Trigger issue

Lately have tried some semi-auto shotguns at the club, Maxus, SBE, ... some have triggers I found difficult to master even though i have shot beretta and remington(870) for years. One Maxus trigger was very heavy. Next one was a joy...was thinking of any M2 but the trigger issue has me a bit spooked but there is no real rush since I seem to be able to slay them with the trusty ole 870 in the duck blind/boat. Would be nice to hear of a gunsmith that has a reputation for doing good trigger work on semi-auto shotguns of the browning/benelli type.

I've also noticed poorer factory triggers from Benellis and some Berettas. I don't know a Canadian gunsmith who can work on them but Briley does offer a match trigger service but you need to send the trigger to them. Lawry Sporting in Caledonia, Ontario, is the Canadian Briley dealer and they will ship barrels for screw choke installation to the U.S. from Canada. It might be worth contacting them to see if they will do the same for triggers.

Cut and paste this for Briley triggers

The Remington semi autos are quite easily worked lighter and still be crisp... how different are these other shotgun's mechanisms?
