Trigger lock that is actually a decent size?

Does anyone know of a trigger lock that actually fits a Glock properly and isnt 2X bigger then it needs to be? Ive only seen the usual keyed and combo locks, that seem to be universal and dont even fit my guns properly. They are too bulky, and even when installed you can still activate the trigger LOL

The only ones I actually like are the cheap ass ones that come with the guns from the gun store when I buy them. They actually fit, arent 10x bigger then it needs to be, and I dont have to cut a huge hole in my gun case just to fit the gun with the trigger lock on it in there.

So does something this small actually exist in a lock and key format? And if it doesn't, are these ones with the keyed bolt legal? I would assume yes because both Glocks I bought from different stores sent me home with one on the gun...

I picked this 19 up yesterday, I didnt have another trigger lock so I planned to buy one at the store...The stupid combo ones they had wouldnt even fit in the case, I couldnt get it closed with it on the gun, so they had no choice but to give me one of these cheapo ones...And its the one I like the best so far...LOL

If I cant find anything better then these, I think I will just make a screw driver with the right key on the end for the bolt, and use them. The screw driver key wont be as awkward to turn as the little keys they come with, and I wont have to butcher up my gun case to fit it in with the guns...

Are you trying to transport in the Glock case? Your best bet would be a cable lock in that case. But you should probably go buy a decent case that can for real trigger locks. I like the tool case from Canadian Tire that set me back $20 when it was on sale.

Cable lock through the ejection port down through the empty mag well. Doesn't add any bulk to the gun and is flexible so you can squeeze it into a box.

Not gonna work for me, I am building a custom fit pelican case for my glock 17 and 19. The cutouts should be the exact size of the outside of the gun. I want a nice clean fit and finish that is why I'm looking for low profile locks

Both glocks will be heavily modified and so I want a nice clean setup. Kinda a shame to display and transport a $3000 glock with a crappy looking $10 trigger lock that doesn't fit right. Considering he case with both guns and all my accessories will be around $8000. I don't mind spending money on some nice locks if they exist

Yeah that would be perfect, I saw a pic on Google but no info on brand or where to order. I'll look into them now that you posted that

That's the best one I've seen on google myself. But I've never seen one in person so I would have to order one and find out how well it fits.

Is it just me or are the locks they sell at the stores useless anyways? The one I have you can put it on however you want and you can still activate the trigger buy moving the lock itself which activates the trigger

FWIW, I've seen something very much like these at Walmart.

Hate 'em.

After a documented episode with a key lock, I use nothing but combination locks.

I hear you with regards to the bulk. Best one I found is at a local Source for Sports. Base is FLAT, front combination part is no bulkier than a standard key lock. Fits in even my smallest cases. $20.

With all due respect, what on earth can one do to a 600 buck Glock, to turn it into a gun worth 3 grand?
