I took my trigger group out to do fix the "creep" and negative engagement on the sear. After re-assembly I noticed that there is only about 1/32" of engagement of the hammer on the sear. I took it apart and it noticed that the sear rails on the trigger frame have notches on them, stopping the sear from travelling far enough back to contact the trigger bar. Is this normal or did they screw up the machining?

He shows how to file the angled part of the rail on the sear to move it forward for more engagement. Fixed my problem.
