trigger question

Do you guys store your firearms with the trigger in the rear posistion or forward position?

With trigger under the trigger lock... I dont understand the question, do you mean facing the door of the gunlocker or the rear of it? Or do you mean fired as opposed to cocked? Or maybe you mean the bar of the trigger lock in front or behind the trigger?

I store my guns with the springs eased.
Action closed, striker/hammer/pin down.

On some actions the springs can be eased without pulling the trigger on an empty chamber.
Other guns require using a snap-cap (or a fired case) to avoid damaging the firearm.
