Trigger sticking on my revolver

Hey guys,

I purchased this Arminius HW9 .22 DA revolver and im getting a weird problem.

fairlly regularly on a DA pull of the rigger the trigger will stick at the back of the trigger guard and not return by itself, I have to physicaly push it back.

any ideas or anything ??

1) its full of crud or rust and needs to have the sideplates removed and the action cleaned

2) the trigger reset spring has died and needs to be replaced

or most likely 3) #2 brought on by #1
