Trigger tech triggers

Just realized my new gun to me I purchased has a recalled Trigger tech trigger any one going thru the same please let me know how long it takes to get a replacement and did they upgrade you to the next model Thanks Jim

Just read up on their recall online. Its the exact same model they they send you back, also they give you a 20% discount code to be used towards ordering a new trigger. You have to get in contact with them and they will send you out a paid postage package to send it back in. Takes about 2 weeks to get it back after you send it off.

You won't get an upgraded trigger.
They will replace the model that you have and send you 20% off coupon/voucher for your next purchase.

I was one of the first to register for the recall and my experience took around 4 weeks as the original prepaid return mailer they sent me never arrived and they had to check on it, and then send me out a new prepaid mailer.

Other then that issue the lines of communication were great and I would not hesitate to buy another Triggertech trigger.
 
I'm in the midst of returning one myself. Bought a "special" one from bullseye but they sent a flat trigger by mistake. Once thats back and installed, the recalled one will be sent back to trigger tech.

i would be interested to see if I could pay the difference to get an up graded trigger?

A freind of mine called yesterday regarding our triggers asked about an upgrade and no problem just pay the difference from the model you had to the one you want and they will send it out!

update buddy called triggertech chatted with they regarding the 2 triggers which we are attempting to return and upgrade if possible, person said forward us a pic of the triggers the warrant form and receipt of the shipping!! they are sending out the new ones before they get the old back!! A big thumbs up Too TRIGGERTECH for that and only pay for the upgraded price plus tax's and shipping. would have thought on a side note that seeing as we sent them the old triggers back on our nickel they would have done the same on the new BUT no problem glad to know its a done deal. Good luck to everyone who has to do the same..

I stand corrected seeing as we did not wait for their prepaid package to come so we could send the old ones back we covered that cost dont want people to think TRIGGERTECH is in any cheap great people, great product, and FAST service!!!
