Trijicon 1-4x on a VZ58, workable?

Hi, I'm wondering about picking up a Trijicon 1-4x Tr24 and putting it on my vz58 with the corwin arms railed dust cover, anyone try this setup? I'm thinking about whether the optic would sit right and not be sitting on top of the bolt where ejected rounds could hit it and that the eye relief in the back is reasonable.

I've attached some reference pics of the trijicon and the vz58 w/ railed dustcover, the vz58 at the end is pretty much the one I'm thinking of buying the optic for.

the brass is gonna chew up your scope with that mount, you'll need a full length rail like the one magwedge sells

i wouldn't put a scope that expensive on a rifle that spits out brass like a vz lol.

Get something cheaper like a vortex maybe.
