Trijicon SRS - adjusted it leftward and POI moved right?

I wasted some 60 bullets yesterday trying to sight my rifle because the red dot seemed to move opposite to expected. I moved the windage left (clockwise) on a Trijicon SRS), and the POI kept on moving right.

What's wrong??

Don't be clever. Is not clockwise moving "left"? There's a anticlockwise arrow that says "R" When I moved it anticlockwise (right), the POI moved left. So the POI is definitely moving when I move the windage, just in the opposite direction than I expected. Like I said I shot maybe 60 shots trying to figure this out - so it's definitely consistent with what I'm saying.

by the way, I was also sighting in an Aimpoint T1, and the POI was moving in the direction of the arrows as expected. The Trijicon SRS on the other hand seemed to work the opposite.

I've come across a couple of scopes where the left or right adjustment indicated the direction the crosshairs moved in, rather than the POI. As long as you can sight your rifle in, why worry?

It took you 60 shots to figure out you were moving the wrong way? Probably should've taken 3....tops. haha

Zeiss Conquest scopes, for example, have dials that turn opposite Bushnell, Leupy, Vortex, and Nikon (i mention those 4 brands as thats all I have used)

If the door won't push open, try pulling.

Just teasing, I've seen optics that are like that. As long as it adjusts, and holds zero, don't worry about it.

Yep some poi move towards the adjustment arrows some move opposite, thats just the way it is.

I have encountered the same on a few optics.
