trijicon warranty

Has anyone ever dealt with the trijicon warranty department? Do you contract trijicon directly or is there someone in canada who handles their Canadian warranty?

Also - I'm the second owner of this scope, would I even be covered under the warranty?

Trijicon warrants that products manufactured by Trijicon will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

Thanks for the info! Would you suggest contacting Trijicon directly or contacting police ordinance about this issue?

Does anyone know of any gun smiths in canada that are knowledgeable in optic repairs? I've never had to deal with a scope issue before and don't really know where to start.

If it's an actual optic it will be returned to Trijicon & that will require a dealer or distributor that has an open permit / also you can return it to the point of purchase to assist you / that's what I did with mine several years ago.

The only problem is that I am not the first owner of this scope. So I'm not even sure if I'm covered under warranty
