Trimming and neck turning pilot clearance

I have some 243 win lapua brass I converted to 6.5 creedmoor,they have the doughnut in the neck that needs to be turned out.I have the RCBS neck turner but I am waiting for the 6.5 caseneck pilot reamer for it.Anyone have some tips for turning the doughnut out.
