Trimming military brass before swaging primer pockets?

What is the proper sequence for swaging crimped primer pockets?

I assume running the brass through the sizing/decap die is the obvious first step after case cleaning and inspection. Do I then need to trim the brass before running it through my Dillon Super Swage 600 or does the SS just roll the crimp away regardless of a variety of case lengths?

I am finally going to do something with all the once-fired LC and IMI brass I have laying around, figured prepping cases! Ordered a Super Swage and now have some questions on the general procedure.

I am into .308WIN match reloading, so I am familiar with prepping cases to the Nth degree (there should be a medical condition for that?). Will do the 5.56mm cases the same way but would like to hear what Canada's reloading experts say as well!

I've decrimped a pee-pot of .30-06,7.62,5.56,and .303 military cases using the RCBS primer pocket swager. What I would recommend for removal of those tightly crimped military primers, before swaging the pockets, is the Lee decapping tool where you simply place the case in an anvil, insert the decapping pin rod,and whack the top of the rod with a hammer to drive out the primer.Crude but effective, and will save you from replacing a lot of pins in your de-capping die.The Lee tool is cheap and comes with a replacement guarentee if you break the pin(actually happened to me once).
I've not used a Super-Swage so can't comment on whether it is sensitive to case length. The RCBC swager is not.Normally cases are trimmed to uniform length after FL resizing anyway.
