Trophy Bonded Bear Claw

Has anyone tried this ammo from Federal? Its the "new" Trophy Bonded Bear Claw. Im looking at buying some for next year, 180 grain 30-06sprg.

Shot a large bear with 338 Fed TBC, 120 yds, full penetration just behind shoulder, one shot, bang flop. Interestingly the entrance hole was about 1 1/2", exit hole was much smaller. The bear was soaking wet. Seems to be a good load. Till I use up the 3 boxes I bought for the bear hunt I think that is what I'll leave my 338 sighted in for. Hope that helps.

They perform very good
on game.The hold together and penetrate quite well.

I recovered one from my moose last year(338 Win mag) shot at 100 yards broadside, it was perfectly mushroomed. Moose only went 40 yards. The bullet measured over 3/4" in diameter and was found against the hide on the other side.
