Trophy XLT DOA 600

was looking for a scope for my semi 30-06. I am looking at a Trophy XLT DOA 600 and was wondering if this would be rugged enough to survive the punishment from a semi auto of that calibre? I have a line on a new one for a very reasonable price.

Anyone with any experience with this scope?
 
haven't used a trophy xlt but I haven't heard of them coming apart either... I think bushnell gets a bad rap because of some the scopes on the less expensive package guns. That being said, I've bought a few of the package guns with bushnell scopes on them with no problems to date. For the price the trophy xlt is most likely a good deal for those that don't want to spend a bundle.

I was using and still use Banners with no problem on other lower calibre guns but I have been through 3 on this gun. The guy at Bushnell said they weren't built for that kind of abuse and recommended the Trophy instead.
