Trouble assembling Citadel Levtac lever gun (fixed)!

I had a hand load squib in my Citadel Levtac .357 so I disassembled it to get the squib out. Disassembly went easy, but now I can't get it back together. The problem seems to be with getting the lever handle back into the bolt and then re-installing the retaining pin. I've followed everything in the video below (4:20 mark), but as soon as I get the lever handle up into the bolt, everything starts to bind up and the lever takes a ton of work to operate the bolt. If I put the cross pin back in, everything seizes completely.
Any ideas?
 
Im having the exact same problem the snapcap / dummy round its playing its part but cant seem to be able to cycle the round out since it gets seized all parts are oiled as well :(

I got it all back together and working tonight! My problem was I wasn't tapping the pin the holds the lever into the bolt far enough and it was binding on the receiver. Once I figured that out with calipers it all went together smoothly.

Im going to try that out tomorrow when I get back from work. Thanks for the info man 👍🏼 Ill send you a reply once I get it done
