trouble removing CZ 858 reciever cover

I just got a cz 858, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had a problem removing the reciever cover? I've got the pin out of the reciever and have been able to slide the reciever cover forward, but it always jams before I can get the cover off. Any suggestions?

Pull the trigger. You can't remove the cover unless the striker/bolt assembly is forward.
